Requirement gathering, defining uses cases, holding daily meetings (Scrum
leader). This project was design to automate the Low
Income Discount Process for LA department for Water and Electric meters using
filenet’s business process framework. The hand written applications were
scanned into the system using custom capture professional application, which
uses the ADR (OCR and ICR) capability to recognize the customer information
and index the document. Once customer information is currently identified and
entered into the system, work item is created and processed through the
workflow. Application with an expectation falls into the queue for manual
correction. A successful application processes through the workflow and
centralized mainframe database is updated as well as customer facing
Siebel portal is updated (integration done over the web-services). Customer
is updated on every stage of the workflow. Responsible for designing,
architecting, working with vendor for support and various issues and leading

upgrades and troubleshooting of filenet related products. MedImpact is one of the nation's
leading pharmacy benefit managers (PBM), serving the prescription needs of
more than 32 million Americans. In 2008, MedImpact managed more than 118
million prescriptions through its nationwide network of more than 64,000 participating
pharmacies. A Web based product designed to
automate Prior Authorization system where incoming fax (MRF) are received by
RightFax server and injected into enterprise Kofax system for parsing and
Indexing (Manual process). Once MRF are correctly being correctly indexed,
they are imported into ECM system (Filenet P8 3.5) using Fax import utility.
Once the MRF is imported into ECM system, appropriate workflow is being
launched based on indexing and this MRF is being processed. Most of the
activities and process of Prior Authorization is being automated such as
validating patience information, eligibility requirement etc (against legacy
database).At the final stage Prior Authorization form is created (using
Filenet Eform) and presented to user for the approval, user can take various
actions such as approve, reject, send communication, suggest different
medicine, do medicine search etc. The appropriate workflow is being launched
based on user action and processed further and notification is sent to physician
using Right fax outbound service. MRF data is saved in Filenet database
for future reference (Records Management purpose). Primary responsibilities were to

functionality. Author detailed design specification and draft
implementation plan.
Worked as Sr. consultant at
MITS for Process Finder Tool. As Sr. consultant authored and
designed Filenet Process Finder tool , search temp[late for process engine
based on WAT toolkit. The purpose of Process finder tool was to provide
search functionality for process engine same as to search template for
content engine. Process Finder tool also integrates with Filenet tracker.
Sr. FileNet Consultant for Integrated claim management system
initiative at State Government of Georgia (through HCL) ICMS was
Workers Compensation Claims Management System designed to replace the
existing system, which was on IBM COBOL, this project was
divided into 4 phases for delivery management. The new solution will enable
SBWC staff to perform all duties associated with claims management,
alternative dispute resolution, trial, appeals, settlements,
rehabilitation, managed care, licensure and quality assurance using
workstations on each desk networked through an agency-wide LAN and the internet.

Indianapolis. The LMS Post Closing Application
revolutionizes the way consumer lenders do business by automating the entire
business process of reviewing a closed loan for both retail and wholesale
channels. Once the loan application is injected into LMS it requires a human
review of only those loans where an exception exists, and clean loans pass
straight through. This eliminates manually reviewing of clean loan files,
which typically represents 50% or more closed loans. This represents a

workflow process for vendor payable expense invoices in Hewlett Packard
(Implemented in USA, France, Germany, Belgium, Sweden and Singapore).The
functional flow of application is, after scanning the invoice, a work object
is injected into an automated process which consist of a sequence of Robots
(An automatic user, Passive Work Performance class). When a Robot fails due
to a lack of information or discovers an error the invoice falls out to an
interactive. After initial data entry, perfect invoices loads to SAP without
any further user interaction. Once Invoice is paid, SWAN keeps the scanned
image and builds an archive file, which contains major information about the
invoice process.
Filenet Developer for Case Management & Consumer Quality System for
Department of Public Service Commission, for
State of Missouri. The MPSC system has been divided into two module
viz., CQS and CMS. The Case Management System (CMS) deals with case filings
related to different utility services like Gas, Electric, Telephone and other
basic utilities. The Consumer Quality System receives complaints, Inquiries
and incident reports which are captured and responded. The task is to track
common Complaint/Inquiry processing such as Intake, Assigning, and
Transmitting & Documenting Activities. The Case Management System takes
care of handling Commission and Appeal cases filed by Utility
companies. Also, tariff documents are submitted by utility companies
and the tariff documents are scrutinized & reviewed by MPSC. The system
